Privacy Policy

Information we collect
We may collect your verified email address; verification and consent timestamps; age, image-rights, responsibility, Terms, Privacy, service-email, and optional marketing attestations; account and membership status; saved heads and finished designs; custom-product request details; messages you send us; and ordinary technical data such as browser, device, IP-derived security information, and server logs.
Images
Uploaded images may be resized and transmitted to a background-removal provider when you use that feature. Saved heads and finished designs may be stored in your browser and, when account storage is introduced or used, on our hosting or contracted storage providers. Custom-shirt artwork is stored so we can prepare the requested private product.
How we use information
We use information to verify accounts, provide and secure the creator, remember saved content and entitlements, process background removal, deliver downloads, respond to support, prepare private custom-product pages, send required service communications, prevent abuse, maintain records of consent, and comply with law. We send promotional messages only when the optional marketing choice permits it, subject to applicable law and unsubscribe rights.
Required and optional emails
Verification, account, security, order, and service emails are required to operate your account. Marketing email is separate and optional. You may withdraw marketing consent without losing access to required service communications.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, background-removal, analytics or security, storage, support, payment, storefront, printing, shipping, and fulfillment providers as needed to deliver the service. We do not authorize those providers to use your information for unrelated purposes beyond their own lawful service obligations.
Retention
We aim to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, consent records, product fulfillment, reorders, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Users may request deletion, subject to records we must or reasonably need to retain.
Sharing and public display
Creations and memorial content are not public by default. The public collage wall is not part of the current launch. We do not publicly display your uploaded face or finished design unless you separately and deliberately authorize a public-sharing feature.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including restricted server folders and account verification. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The creator is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or upload images.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask privacy questions by emailing Authentic@talatribe.com. Additional rights may apply based on where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. We store the policy version accepted with the account record.
