Custom Product Policy

Submitting a request does not charge you. We review the design and create a hidden Authentic Neurospicy product page identified by the request number and customer initials. We then email the direct link. On that page, you select available color, size, and quantity and complete checkout. The custom shirt is currently $25.99 each plus shipping.
You must review the private product page before purchasing. Once purchased, the item may be fulfilled exactly as submitted. Slight differences in garment shade, print placement, scale, and on-screen versus printed color are normal. Fulfillment defects are handled through the applicable order-support process. Customer-requested changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds for personalized goods may be limited after production begins.
Hidden pages may remain active for reorders or may later be archived or removed. The first custom-shirt purchase may include one free year of Premier during an eligible launch promotion, subject to the stated promotion terms.
